Future Human is a nonprofit that helps people understand artificial intelligence — how it works, what it means, and how it might shape the long-term future of humanity. We create educational resources and conduct research on AI, its ethics, and the conditions for a good human future, and we make our work freely available to everyone.

Clear, accessible education on what artificial intelligence is, how it works, what it can and cannot do, and where it is heading — for a public that increasingly lives alongside it.
Ethics & Implications
AI raises real questions about work, truth, power, agency, and responsibility. We examine them carefully and from multiple sides, so people can reason about them well.
Positive Human Futures
What would it mean for this technology to go well? We study and describe credible scenarios for beneficial long-term futures, and what it would take to reach them.
Why this matters
Artificial intelligence is becoming part of ordinary life faster than most people have had a chance to understand it. Public conversation tends to swing between hype and alarm. We think people are better served by careful, factual, honest education — the kind that equips someone to form their own judgment rather than adopt ours.
